The Young Catholic Students / Young Students’ Movement (YCS/YSM), a key arm of the Youth Commission under the Tamil Nadu Bishops’ Council (TNBC), held its Regional General Body Meeting on June 22, 2025, in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.
The All India Catholic University Federation (AICUF) opened its centenary celebrations May 24-27 at St. Joseph’s College, Tiruchirappalli, in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, the birthplace of AICUF.
Bishop Savarimuthu Arockiaraj of Tiruchirappalli Diocese, said, "We need to be meek and merciful to the suffering people of Manipur and it is our responsibility."
