After years of controversies and different allegations against the Catholic Church priests, the Vatican finally released the 1951 decree rejecting the Lipa apparition in the Philippines.
"As archbishop of Lipa, I immediately informed our priests, the nuns at the Carmelite monastery, and the Confraternity of Mary, Mediatrix of All Grace about the letter from the aforementioned dicastery," Garcera said.
“It would not be advisable for you to authorize the aforementioned celebration under any form,” Cardinal Luis Ladaria, SJ, Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of Faith.
