The Missionary Sisters of Mary Help of Christians (MSMHC), Northeast India’s first indigenous women’s religious congregation, celebrated a moment of remarkable growth as young women from across India professed their religious vows in ceremonies held on December 8.
The Archdiocese of Guwahati in northeast India successfully held its 24th Pastoral Conference on September 16 at the Jubilee Memorial Hall of the Northeast Social Forum.
The 37th annual conference of the Canon Law Society of India began on October 14 in Guwahati, Assam, where over 130 canon law experts from across the country gathered to discuss the theme, “Penal Sanctions in the Church.”
