The Diocese of Hyderabad in southern Pakistan blessed and consecrated a 1,375-square-yard plot of land on October 2, 2026, for the construction of St. Carlo Acutis Catholic Church in Salamti Co-operative Housing Society, Hyderabad, ending a 25-year struggle by the local Catholic community to recover land lost to illegal encroachment.
