Alfred Perera, a veteran radio broadcaster, journalist, and actor from Sri Lanka, embarked on a new mission, as the Sinhala Program producer and commentator at 'Radio Veritas Asia', in Manila, Philippines in 1986. From Radio Veritas he was able to broadcast the Good News through short wave radio to his own people back in Sri Lanka.
