In collaboration with Manos Unidas, the Diocesan Social Service Society (DSSS), the social service arm of the Archdiocese of Imphal, inaugurated a 60-day carpentry training program for Catholic internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Singngat area on September 24 at St. Thomas Parish, Singngat.
A two-day training program aimed at equipping young internally displaced persons (IDPs) with essential marketing skills was held on August 20–21 at St. Thomas Parish, Singngat, in the north-eastern state of Manipur. The initiative brought together 54 participants, including IDPs from various relief camps and local community members.
On July 6, 2025, the faithful of St. Thomas Church, Singngat, in Manipur, northeastern India, celebrated Parish Day. The celebration was part of a three-day conference held from July 4 to 7, focusing on the renewal of Catholic faith in the region.
