Laudato Si' Movement

The passing of Pope Francis coincides with the 10th anniversary of Laudato Si’, his groundbreaking encyclical that redefined Catholic environmental teaching in the context of today’s ecological crisis.

On Good Friday, April 18, the Laudato Si' Movement (LSM) Korea Chapter led over 50 priests, religious, and laypeople in an Ecological Way of the Cross, journeying from Gwanghwamun Square—one of Seoul’s busiest intersections—to Myeongdong Cathedral, the heart of the Archdiocese of Seoul.
