Bishop Raul B. Dael of the Diocese of Tandag, Philippines, delivered a stirring homily against corruption during the Mass celebrating the Marian Feast of the Schoenstatt community in Talisay City, Cebu.
3,000 Cambodian Catholics, bishops, and Monsignors from three dioceses, including 60 priests, participated in the celebration honoring victims of the civil war who sacrificed their lives for the faith.
