Ten years after the death of Archbishop Raphael Cheenath, SVD, the former Archbishop of Cuttack-Bhubaneswar, eastern India, is remembered for his steadfast support for Christians affected by the Kandhamal violence in eastern India and his commitment to justice and rehabilitation.
