A century after its canonical coronation, devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary under the title of Our Lady of Manaoag remains vibrant and steadfast, an enduring expression of faith shaped by time, prayer, and grace in the Philippines.
The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP), through its Episcopal Commission for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant People (ECMI), has urged dioceses across the country to intensify prayers and pastoral care for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) affected by the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
“In the sacrament, God invites the couple to make an act of faith, not just in each other, but in the God who calls them to build a family” said bishop David.
