Rabindra Kumar Ranasingh, has been appointed Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Cuttack-Bhubaneswar. Pope Leo XIV announced the appointment on November 22, bringing joy and renewed hope to a region whose resilient faith has long stood as a witness amid trials.
