Celebrating nearly nine decades of pioneering missionary education, Holy Infant Academy (HIA), the oldest Catholic educational institution on Mindoro Island in the central Philippines, marked its 89th founding anniversary with a grand cultural festival showcasing local traditions and Indigenous Mangyan heritage.
