The Catholic Church in Bangladesh joyfully commemorated Pentecost Sunday with a special Eucharistic celebration and the solemn inauguration of the Jubilee Cross at St. Francis Xavier’s Church in Foilzana, part of the Diocese of Rajshahi, on June 8.
On December 29, 2024, Cardinal Anthony Poola, Archbishop of Hyderabad, inaugurated the Jubilee Year 2025 in the archdiocese during a solemn ceremony at Saint Joseph Cathedral, Gunfoundry, on the feast day of the Holy Family.
