Sadbhav Sammelan 2026

The Fourth Edition of the Society of Pilar’s Sadbhav Sammelan 2026 concluded at the Pilar Pilgrim Centre, Goa, in southwest India, on February 7, 2026, with a strong and unified call for interfaith understanding, shared responsibility, and the lived practice of faith in the promotion of peace.

A research paper exploring the role of Lenten tiatrs in nurturing faith, resolving conflicts, and reinforcing moral values within Goan society was presented at the Society of Pilar’s Sadbhav Sammelan 2026, an international interfaith conference held February 6–7 on the theme “Together for Peace: Faith in Action.”

Philosophical counselling can serve as a powerful tool to help believers experience their faith more meaningfully through religious texts, said Jonathan Sequeira, a research scholar from the School of Sanskrit, Philosophy and Indic Studies, Goa University.

The fourth edition of Sadbhav Sammelan, an international interfaith conference, was inaugurated on February 6, 2026, at the Pilar Pilgrim Centre, Goa, in southwest India. The two-day conference, held on the theme “Together for Peace: Faith in Action,” brings together scholars, religious leaders, academicians, teachers, and students from across the country and abroad.
