Ursuline Sisters

Dozens of priests, religious sisters, and lay Catholics gathered in Bandung, capital of West Java province, Indonesia, to celebrate the 490th anniversary of the Company of Saint Ursula and the 125th anniversary of the Roman Union of the Order of Saint Ursula.

Nearly a year after its inauguration, St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Behiang, under the Archdiocese of Imphal in northeast India, welcomed two Ursuline Sisters from the Pune Province who will begin a new mission in this Indo–Myanmar border village.
