More than 500 faithful gathered on Friday night, February 13, for a Valentine concert-recollection under the theme, “Love one another” (John 13:34) in Xevera, Neo-Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines.
Christian Valentine’s Day begins with the divine Valentine, the Bible. Couples are reminded of God’s everlasting love:
“The Lord your God will rejoice over you with gladness; He will quiet you with His love; He will rejoice over you with singing” (Zeph 3:17).
“With this initiative, we hope to promote the beauty of love, family, and marriage because they are gifts from God which should be cherished,” said Angelique Cabrieto, main organizer of the campaign.
