“As president, I intend to focus on justice and peace, because our people are facing many difficulties and challenges, and we, as a Church, should address them to make them safer,” Bishop Samson said.
"A Synodal Church in Mission," capturing the essence of the XVI Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops' first session, to be held from October 4–29, in Bangalore, in the southern Indian state of Karnataka.
The bishop said this project is a great way to express gratitude and tell inspiring stories of the so-called “Next Door Saints” who left an incredible legacy to the Church.

“Through the Church, God shows His mercy, and people realize God's mercy and love for them… Let us know the Church. Let us love the Church. Let us serve the Church as a responsible steward with deep faith and great joy,” Bishop Emmanuel K Rozario said.

"Peace cannot be achieved solely through official political actions; civil society, researchers, and students must be active participants as well,' said Father Walter Fernandes.
Catholics must be reminded that active membership in Masonic lodges is forbidden because of the “irreconcilability between Catholic doctrine and Freemasonry," said Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernández.
