The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines, through the Episcopal Commission on Evangelization and Catechesis, and the Archdiocese of Manila are convening the Eleventh Philippine Conference on New Evangelization (PCNE XI) on 18-20 July 2025 at the University of Santo Tomas.

PCNE XI calls its participants to move from last year’s “Salya,” an invitation of synodal conversion, to synodal witnessing of the faith.

With the theme “Padayon: As the Father has sent me, so I send you’ (Jn 20:21),” PCNE XI aims to inspire the Church in the Philippines to continue journeying together to a more synodal, missionary, and merciful Church.

The organizers invite Catholics, especially young people, to attend PCNE XI.

An online registration will be required for this event through https://www.pcne.ph/pcnexi until July 5, 2025.

The conference will benefit Catholic communities in the Archdiocese of Manila and beyond.

For inquiries and other queries, you may contact the PCNE Secretariat at [email protected] or (02) 8405-0093 / +639 624 481 859 / +639 543 226 156.

The PCNE is an annual gathering of the Catholic Church in the Philippines, organized by the Office for the Promotion of New Evangelization (OPNE) and the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila.

It serves as a platform for reflection, renewal, and inspiration in the context of the Church's call to new evangelization.  The PCNE is a three-day event, often held at the Dominican-run University of Santo Tomas, Asia’s oldest university.

Radio Veritas Asia (RVA), a media platform of the Catholic Church, aims to share Christ. RVA started in 1969 as a continental Catholic radio station to serve Asian countries in their respective local language, thus earning the tag “the Voice of Asian Christianity.”  Responding to the emerging context, RVA embraced media platforms to connect with the global Asian audience via its 21 language websites and various social media platforms.
