The All India Catholic University Federation (AICUF) opened its centenary celebrations May 24-27 at St. Joseph’s College, Tiruchirappalli, in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, the birthplace of AICUF.
The Elias Club and Chavara Thinkers Forum, two organizations named after Catholic Saint Kuriakose Elias Chavara, have jointly awarded Jose Kalathil, a senior journalist.
'Vocation comes from God and highlights the role of the Holy Spirit as the primary formator in the journey toward priesthood and religious life,' said Fr. Eugene D. Silva, CSsR.
