RVA Zo Language Service members celebrate RVA Day 2025 in V. Munpi in Manipur on November 15, 2025.

The RVA Zo Language Service joyfully celebrated RVA Day 2025 on November 15 at V. Munpi, a newly established Catholic resettlement village built by the Archdiocese of Imphal, Manipur, in northeast India. The village stands as a symbol of faith, hope, and unity for internally displaced persons (IDPs).

The celebration drew over 600 participants from across the Zo community, representing various Christian denominations. The event received support from St. Thomas Parish, Singngat Youths, and the Zo Catholic Union Manipur.

A major highlight of the day was the Eucharistic Celebration, presided over by Fr. Paul Lelen, Priest-in-Charge of Don Bosco College, Lamka, and concelebrated by Fr. Mark Ai, founder and former coordinator of RVA Zo Service; Fr. Mung, the current coordinator; and five other priests.

In his homily, Fr. Paul emphasized the importance of speaking the truth with love and integrity, reminding the faithful that as followers of the Son of God, truthful and compassionate communication is essential. He also acknowledged RVA’s contributions to Manipur, including the Zou Audio Bible.

The celebration beautifully blended religious devotion with cultural expression, showcasing the rich heritage of the Kuki-Zo community. Fr. Paul encouraged continued support for RVA’s mission, highlighting the need for media that uplifts others, promotes truth, and stands with the marginalized.

The event featured captivating performances by renowned Kuki-Zo artists, along with traditional cultural dances. During the program, Fr. Mung shared updates on RVA’s ongoing activities and encouraged the community to support its initiatives.
