Father B Manoj Kumar, parish priest, along with the parishioners planted saplings at Konthamuru English medium school ground
“Nature is God’s most beautiful creation and we have a responsibility to care for it,” says the priest.
The priest brought different saplings including Azadirachta indica, commonly known as neem or nimtree, or Indian lilac, and Saraca asoca.
The parishioners and youth took part in the drive enthusiastically and helped each other in planting the saplings.
