On the occasion of the 1st anniversary of Mindoro Oil Spill, the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) on Tuesday, in a statement, appealed for justice for victims of the Mindoro oil spill victims.
“We hope that this water quality testing will expedite the accountability and just compensation from the polluters that we have been insisting on since day one,” said Gariguez.
“Now, we are all called to respond to this collective discernment and to once again contribute to the further enrichment and maturation of the Church's synodal reflections,” said Garcera.
The project covers 55 hectares of the extraterritorial area at Castel Gandolfo, divided into 35 hectares of beautiful gardens and 20 hectares of agricultural and livestock land, greenhouses, and service buildings, said Vatican News.
