The Catholic Church in Papua New Guinea celebrated a remarkable dual event on Sunday: the Feast of the Most Holy Trinity and the golden jubilee of the Missionaries of Charity in the country on June 15.
"Despite the odds, we emerged stronger from it due to the contributions of many Singaporeans who worked bravely and tirelessly to adapt to every new challenge brought about by the pandemic," President Halimah Yacob.
A priest from the Archdiocese of Manila has made a study on the nominal and lapsed Catholics in the Philippines and its results will be presented on July 15.
