With ₱43.5 billion worth of flood control contracts from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) now under scrutiny due to their substandard or unfinished state, public demand for government transparency and accountability has grown stronger.
“In the sacrament, God invites the couple to make an act of faith, not just in each other, but in the God who calls them to build a family” said bishop David.
“EDSA was not a victory for one party and the defeat of another. It was not a triumph of one family vanquishing another. It was as the fulfillment of a promise, a particular instance of a triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary,” Bishop Dennis said.
