The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Sri Lanka (CBCSL) met with top government officials on August 7 to discuss sweeping education reforms set for 2026. The meeting, held at the Colombo Archdiocese’s official residence, was attended by CBCSL President Bishop Harold Anthony Perera, Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith, and bishops from across the country.
