Christian Valentine’s Day begins with the divine Valentine, the Bible. Couples are reminded of God’s everlasting love:
“The Lord your God will rejoice over you with gladness; He will quiet you with His love; He will rejoice over you with singing” (Zeph 3:17).
I enter the coming year not with certainty, but with deeper humility. Not with grand plans, but with a quieter resolve: to listen more carefully, to speak more truthfully, to lead more gently, and to trust that God continues to work even when progress feels invisible.
Like the Holy Family, may our homes become sanctuaries of love, faith, and presence, where ordinary acts reflect God’s extraordinary grace.

The Acts of the Apostles continues to live on, not just in Scripture, but in places like Kampung Quop, Borneo, where a handful of Christians gather on Wednesday evenings to read, pray, and believe together.

Like John, who pointed to the light of Jesus rather than seeking attention, may we reflect on Christ's love and presence as we enter the new year.
