Monsignor Joseph Soosay is the first priest from the Mawlamyine diocese in Myanmar to receive the ‘Monsignor’ title and the ceremony was held together with his golden jubilee of priestly ordination in Mawlamyine Diocesan Center, Myanmar, on March 1.
